A free utility via the command line that uses any other file as running parameters.
FileProc is a utility that lets you process files by running a command or program that takes a file as a parameter. The files can be selected remembering the flag status of each one of them, or any other criteria you choose.
You only have to copy the FileProc program to any directory on your hard drive. FileProc can run from the command line (the DOS prompt, system symbol), or from a .bat run file.
FileProc is a completely free tool that doesn´t take up space on your hard drive: just over 20KB.
